Professor in competitive global markets at the University of Tel Aviv and International Economics at Cornell University. He heads the Bernard L. Schwartz Program in the Political Economy of Globalized Markets. He has also been visiting professor at the University of Munich and at the London School of Economics. He writes for important scientific journals, such as the “Journal of International Economics”, “Journal of Public Economics” and “Review of International Economics”. His published works include: International Finance and Financial Crises : Essays in Honor of Robert P. Flood, with P. Garber, P. Isard and A. Rose Kluwer Academic Publishers Jr. (2000) and Foreign direct investment : analysis of aggregate flows, with E. Sadka, Princeton University Press (2007).
